Keeping the business informed through a core platform replacement.

When the lender replaced its core loan and lease servicing platform, hundreds of risk, credit, finance and marketing reports still depended on the old systems.

The work rebuilt those reports on the new data sources, created a shared data dictionary, surfaced data gaps early and reconciled old and new results with the business before go-live.
